I booked a tour with Heavanly Bhutan for a trip in Dec 2020. Communication was faultless and Shiva helped me to arrange the most perfect trip and tour for me, a solo female traveller. Unfortunately, due to Covid, I had to cancel. Heavenly Bhutan assured me at the time of booking that if I was unable to make it due to covid, I would be fully refunded or able to postpone. As I would like to see Bhutan in December I opted for a full refund. Shiva has been true to his word and within a few days of requesting the refund, the money was back in my account as promised. Absolute pleasure to deal with this company and I will not hesitate to book my trip through them when the pandemic is over. Thanks so much Heavenly Bhutan! See u in the near future.

We met Sonam and Tashi during our trip, and it was clear to us after meeting them, why we were having such a great experience. I highly recommend Bhutan Swallowtail Tours and would DEFINITELY use them again and again.
