These dunes, formed over thousands of years, stretch 15 km along the coastline and reach 7km inland. These 30m high dunes are amazing to see and more amazing to climb up and slide down. Once at the top, there is super fine sand as far as the eye can see. A Must see for the adventurous and only 15 mins out of Strahan tasmania. Entry is free with parking available

The kids loved this stop on our trip, it’s breath taking and spectacular! Tasman Arch and Devil’s Kitchen are both fascinating and beautiful natural land formations and really intrigues both the kids and adults alike!

On the journey to or from Port Arthur and Hobart there are a number of road side stops with amazing ocean against stunning cliffs and caves interactions that would be a shame to miss if you are in the area. Great photo opportunities. Make sure you stop at the food caravan and have a berry sundae. It was the best dessert I have ever eaten.
