The boardwalk at Smögen is in the summertime one of Sweden´s most popular tourist destinations. It is located along the south side of Smögen´s old fishing port. The wooden boardwalk which is about 1000 metres long starts at the fishmarket in the eastern part of the harbour. It has a huge variety of shops, cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating. At the end of the boardwalk lies Vallevik.
we went there last week, end of November of 2019, even if it was a little cold we really really enjoy walking there, definetly in summer is a must in destination!

Nice walk in a very historical area where you find yourself inside an old movie and feel the smell of the past

The North Harbor, which was opened in 1891, is located west of the city center. At the end of the 1980s, the harbor began to be rebuilt and today it is a residential area with it´s associated marina. A sunset in the Northern Harbor is lovely with views of the boats and the wharf. There are many restaurants near the harbor and there are always a lot of people in motion, both locals and tourists.
