The aptly-named Surfers Paradise is just that—a haven for those who pay homage to the gods of the sea by attempting to become one with the waves. The beach here is a golden stretch of soft sand that provides the perfect ambiance for a day of catching waves, catching a Frisbee or just catching some rays. Refuel at one of Surfers Paradise's 150 restaurants and cafes, or hit a Northside day spa to soothe your surf-weary muscles and smooth your sun-kissed skin.

In 1925, the renowned hotel entrepreneur James (Jim) Cavill arrived on the scene and created the legendary Surfers Paradise Hotel. Over the decades we have evolved into one of the Gold Coast's most iconic venues; a home for locals, visitors, and the heart and soul of Surfers. The Beer Garden we know and love has been resurrected, with a fresh and inspired new design. Watch all your favourite sports. Play Games. Socialise. People watch on Cavill Avenue. All with a cold beer or cocktail in hand, and the best food the Gold Coast has to offer. Open daily from 11am.

After 3 days at surfers, its the one place we kept going back to. Food was tasty every time. nothing to flaw. Excellent Beers. Cocktails looks crazy. Very popular place and will be going back again. Wont waste our time with the strip. This little place tucked away is a winner. Busy bar area but there are tables around that accommodate family. Not really an after hours venue if you have kids.

Stingray mixes industrial chic with splashes of pop art to create a Californian oasis on the Gold Coast. Settle in to admire ocean views or be tempted by a cocktail, inspired by one of our 50 in house tequilas. Designer furniture surrounds the industrial style bar, where our talented staff can mix up a drink for any occasion. Add some heat with our Mexican inspired menu for the acclaimed Hot Wings or a Slow Spit Roasted Cuban Pork Belly Taco. Available every day from 12pm, you can relax with a Colonels Finest Chicken Burger, or indulge in a Skinny Cocktail made with a Healthy serve of low calorie agave nectar. Stingray combines work with pleasure, as the perfect function venue and will add some extra spice to your next celebration!
Great meet up venue with a funky vibe, friendly efficient staff, a venue warm and inviting. Food is available to dine in or take away - including pizza ($22). We were wowed by the craft beer for $4 each and which got us well primed for a fun evening. Dress is smart casual, lighting is discreet, service is swift and friendly. Lounges are comfy. We were there during stage 2 Covid restrictions so entry was limited to 20 at a time, requiring a short wait since we hadn't booked. The atmosphere is really nice and the QT hotel in Staghorn Avenue (the reinvented GC International) is exceptional, with a funky retro vibe. I love the old Kombie out the front and the old vehicle. Refreshing ambience and an inspiring decor. Must see hidden gem, especially if you are looking for a pre-dinner or post dinner drinks, or a comfy place to settle in for a few quiet ales, wine or cocktails. Sure to impress
