We booked 2 tickets through their official website for the transfer+bus+ferry from Ao Nang to Koh Pha-ngan. I’ve read a lot of bad comments about the company, so I got nervous and wrote them in WhatsApp to find out about the transfer. The called me back in 5 mins and our guesthouse host explained them where the guesthouse is located. On the departure day they came on time (only 10 mins late, but we were the last ones to pick up, so it happens like this all the time). They dropped us to Krabi office and from there we had a bus (take a roll of tape with you as it can be too cold from AC and you can just close it with tape) to the port. There were no WiFi in the bus, but I do not remember if we were promised to have it. In the port we changed our invoice to the tickets and went to the ferry (it was 20 mins late, there is a WiFi in the ferry). It was one of the best experience in Thailand, no shady places and no additional transfers.
