Elias was our assigned photographer he understood our needs perfectly and worked with us very well. He took the most amazing pictures of my daughter. Even though I did not want my own picture taken he also convinced me of that. Many locations are closed in Morocco currently because of covid but we found many beautiful alternate locations instead. There is so much beauty in Marrakech you will definitely want to document it with this group. Pictures were delivered to us two days later while we were still on vacation. I asked for a few edits and the group was very cooperative in providing them.

Kaori-san was an amazing guide and even though it was new years day, I was able to try many different and delicious foods! Without Kaori's guidance I would not have known where to go, since many places are closed during the new years in Japan. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to try many different cuisines in one day. After the tour I was completely stuffed from trying so many different foods, but it was totally worth it!

I took part in the SIEN group tour of Kyoto on Saturday 24th November, 2018. We were lucky to be accompanied by Ryoji Shimada, who is both the leader of the SIEN group and a professionally licensed tour guide. The tour lasted from morning to night and Ryoji showed us all the best places in Kyoto where we could see the wonderful autumn colours. We went to famous and popular temples and shrines, but Ryoji also took us to special interesting and beautiful places which are unknown to the general hordes of tourists. I especially enjoyed the light-up of the temples after dark during the autumn foliage season and the tour around Gion at night. An unexpected bonus was the half-day tour to beautiful places around Lake Biwa in Shiga-ken for those who were staying an extra day on Sunday 25th November. I would thoroughly recommend Ryoji as a tour guide and am sure if you decide to go with him, you won't regret your choice!

My husband and 2 sons (ages 11 and 13) loved our virtual tour of Tokyo. Nino was a fantastic guide and filled the hour with historical, cultural and fun facts! She was able to keep all of us at all ages engaged. It was a welcome diversion for this time of no-travel and very few experiences in the world because of the pandemic. We all can't wait to book our trip when the time allows!

While we were sad to have to cancel our July trip to Japan due to the pandemic, we found the process of working with Japan Awaits to be easy and efficient. I can't speak to the full experience since we weren't able to go, but filling out the form and our communication with the company was no problem. And their prompt and courteous response to our request for a refund speaks to their professionalism. We will definitely come back to ask for their help in procuring tickets to the Studio Ghibli Museum when we do finally make it to Japan! Fingers crossed for next summer.
