For a building constructed in 1922, the building has an architectural form from much further back in history. It is a beautiful church with extensive glass work in the windows. It is a real treasure.

The old Courthouse is a Gothic revival style, made with sandstone blocks, trimmed with limestone, and having a slate rood with cast iron cresting. It is a little bit fancy. The Court was always quirky in its operations and I remember being asked if I "needed time to pay" on my $2 fine.
