I love BE. Such a shame we cant actually shop in the shop at the moment as it's such a lovely experience. The online and delivery and click and collect services are all excellent but personally I would recommend click and collect so you can get a glimpse of BE's beautiful interior and to also get a waft of its incredible aroma. It has to be the best smelling shop ever. You can always find the perfect gift, beautifully wrapped or a treat for yourself. I have just bought myself the orange spice room diffuser which is just gorgeous. Thank you to Babs and team for this wonderful shopping experience. Looking forward to you reopening soon xx

Simply Books is the sort of book shop you dream of owning! It’s such a nice, welcoming place to be. The staff are really helpful too. They also play a fantastic role in the community, organising readings and events for local people. Lovely place. I hope you’re getting through this time okay and we’ll be back to visit (and buy!) again on the other side, promise! Hang on in there.

This large vintage fashion, furniture and lifestyle shop is located just outside Manchester on exit 27 or 25 of the M60. We are housed in the Grade 2 Listed Edwardian Pear Mill which is easily accessibly by car and public transport (Bus: 330 or 384). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CAFE IS A SEPARATE BUSINESS. Look for the Giant Pear! Free parking around the mill. We've even got a vintage sewing seamstress available for tailoring needs.
We are regular visitors to the vintage tea rooms in the emporium, delighted they have reopened offering a safe take away service. The food is outstanding, amazing sausage and egg barm, the leek and potato soup is up there with the best I’ve tasted. Always fresh, hot and served quickly. We had the homemade burgers which are a new addition to the menu, amazing ???? They do great coffee and cakes too with a huge selection. Cornflake cake is one of my favourites. Great vibe, good tunes and some great vintage clothing and jewellery!! We will be back soon, thank you!

Even with the current situation this is a excellent indoor market. Model railway stall, toy cars stall, picture stall, book stall, card stall, butchers, cheese stall, fruit and veg stall, a real ale stall. Various cafes all housed in a lovely old Victorian building with a wood and glass roof. Well worth a visit.
