I took my 18 year old daughter for a spa day. Wonderful, relaxing day for both of us. The staff is amazing, with attention to details. The massage and facial were top notch. The customer service is great, from the moment you walk in the door. Love the boutique, also. I'll be returning next month. :)

My daughter and I visited Life essentials and chose the Earth package which was a 90-minute service that incorporated reflexology into the massage. My daughter had Leah and said it was a wonderful massage! I had a massage with Nate and honestly I think this was the best massage that I have ever had. Very relaxing and yet therapeutic as well. it was a great thing to do on our last day after skiing for several days.

My husband and I were so happy that Kneading Hands was able to fit us in on a Sunday afternoon at the last minute. Dorie and Paige were both fantastic masseuses - very knowledgeable and skilled. The building itself is a very cute old Colorado house with comfy massage rooms. Would highly recommend and think we will probably go back during our five days here in Steamboat.
