The both sides iguassu falls tour is a must. The falls where absolutely incredible and each side gives a different experience. Big shout out to Silvana who was an amazing guide. Our pick up was on time and we headed first to the Argentinian side of the falls. On the Argentinian side there is lots of walking so make sure to wear comfortable shoes. You view the falls from above looking downwards. At this location there is lots of wildlife to see. Silvana was very informative and gave us lots of information about the falls during stops. After this we headed to the Brazilian side of the falls. From this side you see the falls from below. On this part of the tour you can opt to walk around the viewpoints or for an extra cost take a boat tour into the falls (dry or wet) and rappelling. We decided to take the wet boat tour which I would highly recommend. You get to see the falls from a totally different perspective and after all the walking from the Argentinian side it was fun to have a different experience. Also if you do opt to take the wet tour, bare in mind you go right under a waterfall and you get completely head to toe drenched and your belongings so take precautions ! Just some tips if you decide to take this tour - it’s a good idea to take some snacks, the day is very long with lots of walking, and as you’re doing both sides in one day there is not much time to stop to eat - totally worth the hunger but maybe take snacks. Wear comfy shoes as I said, there is lots of walking. Take plenty of money as the tour doesn’t include the entrance fees to the Argentinian side, Brazilian side and take money for food, boat tours or souvenirs. Finally I want to say a big thank you to Silvana, who was attentive, professional, kind and informative. She really kept the day smooth and was such a nice, friendly person. So thank you very much for giving us an amazing day. Totally recommend this tour to anyone visiting Iguaçu.

Narration good, but bus very crowded and many audio hookups were broken. Actual tour routes very good. Buenos Aires is a huge old city. A problem with tickets was resolved onsite but only because a bystander was kind enough to translate the problem with downloading the ticket. The actual bus personnel were not helpful at all and simply refused us passage.

Karen Rosa worked with me and my sister-in-law, Pat Holland, in arranging a unbelievable trip to Chile in March 2020. She was very accommodating when we kept tweaking our plans and she responded to each of our wishes professionally. We were sent a detailed itinerary delineating our private pick up times, where we should meet for our private tours as well as group tours and description of the sites we would be experiencing . We arrived in Chile on March 12 and due to the pandemic we chose to depart on March 13, late evening. We had arranged our own travel from United States. Karen worked with our wonderful travel insurance agency, Travel Guard. From the beginning, Karen told us she would seek refunds for the hotels, travel and tours that we were not able to participate in. We did receive a refund today from Say Hueque. I know this must be difficult financial times for travel agencies but Karen and her travel company follow through on their promise. When things get a little bit more normal I would not hesitate to use Karen Rosa and the services of Say Hueque
