Amazing service. Arrived to someone there to escort me and my wife to a line that was specific to our group we traveled with. The line went fast, then they escorted us to check in with customs and someone was at customs to grab our bags and take us to our vehicle. Our driver was great and showed told us plenty about the island. Great choice for me and the wife.

Our tour guides were a high-energy, young married couple which made for fun-filled and light-hearted conversation throughout the day. We were picked up at a time convenient to us (the earlier the better because as it turns out, there was A LOT to see) and so began our tour of the Daring East. Our first stop was Vigie beach where we were treated to an authentic local breakfast by the seaside followed by a walk along the beach while our tour guides took candid shots of my boyfriend and me.  My favorite shot of the day was actually taken here.  Then we embarked upon our little adventure. They went to great lengths to ensure that we were absolutely comfortable the entire time providing us with water, sunscreen and hand-santizer even ensuring that the music played in the car was to our liking. We visited and had the opportunity to bathe in two beautiful waterfalls which were only a few minutes walk through the most lush rainforests. The scenary also made for some incredible pictures. I have to say that our tour guides were quite knowledgable as we had loads of questions for them and ended up learning so much about the island. What I loved was that if we saw anything of interest along the way, they didn't mind making unscheduled stops which really made it feel like the tour was customized to us. In my humble opinion, there is no better way to see the island while capturing beautiful memories.

The best part of our trip! I was searching for an excursion that was going to get us the best bang for our buck. Since most of the resorts are northwest of the island, I wanted a tour that was going to be able to bring me to the highlights of St. Lucia which are mainly south of the island. This exceeded our expectations! Not only did we see everything but he gave us the flexibility to choose where and what we wanted to do. He gave us so much history about the island and he made sure we were safe the entire time! VERY COVID FRIENDLY! It was a great second-day activity because we were able to see a snapshot of what the entire island has to offer and then go back to the places that we enjoyed so much. It saves you a TON of money on taxi fair. Just stop what you're doing and book them. Trust me, it's worth it! Oh, and bring snacks! :)

It's only a 4-mile walk up and down the tree-covered symbol of Saint Lucia- that is, up a winding trail that climbs the steep, rain forest-covered slopes of a 2,619 foot volcanic mountain. Periodically, the trees give way to breathtaking vistas of the emerald-green island and the too-blue waters of the Caribbean. Guides are mandatory, but full of knowledge. The caves once used as shelters by freedom fighters of the Brigand war, brightly colored tropical birds and lush vegetation that includes giant gommiers (used to make canoes), the smaller swizzlestick tree ( used to make swizzle sticks) and "peeling tourists" - trees with flaky brown bark that looks painfully familiar to anyone who's fallen asleep on the beach without sunblock.

Inclusions: 1.5 litres of bottled water each and our local Piton beer, Driver/guide, Hotel pickup and drop-off, Port pickup and drop-off, Alcoholic Beverages

Exclusions: Entrance Fee - $50.00PP - Paid to Piton Reserve Office for Specialized Guide, Lunch

Never have we had such an educational and professional taxi driver than Danny Boy! For starters, the service is Covid-compliant, the ride is a modern, comfortable, clean, burgundy-colored Toyota. The driver is an historical encyclopedia as to his home island of St Lucia. What we expected to be a standard cab ride turned into a rolling game show, complete with a final exam and a friendly competition between my husband & I (and I won!). We had so much fun with Danny boy! Don’t miss the opportunity to ride with Danny Boy!

The rainforest was about a 30 minute drive from our Sandals resort but well worth it. We did the tram ride which goes quite slow and is quiet and peaceful, about an hour long. Our excellent guide, Quinton, pointed out horticulture along the way. Best way to see the rainforest! Then, we did a small guided hike before it was time to go.

Clayton was our guide and did a fantastic job of taking us to spots we wanted to see. He also recommended Lime Beach Bar for lunch, took us there and picked us up in time to meet the ferry back to St. Kitts. He was so concerned that we get back to St. Kitts he had someone else he knew on the ferry watch over us. All in all I would definitely book this trip again thru Tropical Tours. They did a wonderful and thorough job.

This Gros Piton Hike is one of the most popular hiking tours on the beautiful island St Lucia that visitors always look forward to. The twin Pitons are unique to St Lucia and are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Most people prefer climbing Gros Piton because it is easier, with maintained hiking trails, no ropes needed and is less risky than the Petit Piton. Your guide will make sure that you are given the necessary time to climb at your pace. The hiking is on average two hours up and two hours of a hike down - a total of four hours.
