We came here today and really enjoyed it. We had vouchers that they still honoured as Coronavirus made them expire! So that was a bonus - I thought we might’ve lost out. The lady I dealt with on the phone when asking about the vouchers was really, really helpful. She was able to answer my questions about the vouchers and gave me loads of info on the phone about the best times to come, parking, food and drinks, lockers etc. As for reviews on here saying they didn’t know about parking fines....there are signs on the car park and around Air Nation itself! I parked on Asda opposite - you get 3 hours and I needed a bit of shopping anyway. The place itself was good - we’ve never been before! There’s an obstacle course, climbing wall, giant slides, an under 4’s area and even a Gladiators style activity where you knock each other off with giant sticks! An hour is plenty too - we were definitely ready for a cool down and drink after that! In terms of Coronavirus......There was a one way system in place to try and minimise contact with others - I had to keep reminding my youngest but it was pretty easy to stick to. There was a member of staff on there too making sure people stuck to it. There was plenty of hand sanitiser and temps checked on the way in as well. We got there around 10.30am and it was really quiet - there were only a couple of families there. I’d recommend going if you need something to blast off the cobwebs after all the months of lockdown. If you’re a bit unsure then maybe go early like we did - less people about. To be honest, it was as safe as it could be and I know my children enjoyed it and were happy to do something normal again!
