We are a group of professional Croatian chefs who are eager to teach you about Dalmatian food, wine, and culture. Our classes include a trip to the vegetable and fish markets where we will buy our fresh ingredients. Then we head back to our cooking studio where we break out the wine and get to work preparing an authentic Croatian meal. At the end of the class, you will enjoy your delicious meal along with traditional wine at our dining tables in the studio. Enjoy!

A one-day authentic cooking class led by an experienced cook, where you will be taught how to cook two traditional Croatian dishes.
