This is one of the few remaining flood karst fields in Croatia. It is located at the north-eastern edge of the Imotski field. A flood area is formed during the high-water season, when Prolosko Lake is filled and flowing over its southern edge. In the swamp there is the Islet of Manastir with remains of the Franciscan Monastery from 17th century.

A beautiful lake in a deep karst sinkhole just next to the town centre. Visit it in the spring, when the water level is high and the temperature is pleasant for walking down the steep path to the water itself, and more importantly, back up.

We took a trip from Supetar, island Brac (9 of us; 3 adults, 1 teenager and 5 kids), first with boat to Omis and than with kombi via rafting on Cetina. Overall trip was great especially rafting; 3 hours of fun on beautifull river Cetina with cristal clear waters, amazing canyon slopes, refreshing swimming (water around 20 Celsius) and bunch of fun. Multiple small waterfalls are making it more interesting but nothing dangerous; it was fully suitable to kids (ages 7 to 10). After rafting we had just enough time for a quick lunch in old town of Omis. Boat trip back to Supetar was also enjoyable (kids searching to see dolphins and adults drinking a glass of vine).

In this picturesque village you can find traditional mills used for centuries to mill the wheat. There is dense countryside where one can enjoy the beautiful nature and fresh, clean air right next to the river Cetina canyon.
