The Cook's Cooking School is located in the Southern Highlands. All proceeds raised from our classes support our charity Your Angel's local community programmes. We offer a wide range of cooking classes. Predominately a hands on experience for up to 12 people. We learn, we cook, we eat and enjoy the food with a glass of local wine.

I purchased the Italian long lunch cooking class for my partner for his birthday and we both had an absolute blast! Stefano and Yianni welcomed us into their home as if we were family. Stefano was an incredible instructor and food that I could have never imagined creating previously, came together with an ease whilst having a great time in the process. We were even sent the recipes so we could recreate them at home again for our friends and family. We would both definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun day with delicious food or anyone looking to learn how to make some great Italian dishes. We look forward to visiting again soon to learn some more!

A place for people to meet, learn and create in the stunning village of Robertson NSW: A part of The SHAC - Southern Highlands Arts Collective.
I am a keen beekeeper and got my first hives at school. I love my bees for their work pollinating the food we eat, their environmental impacts, through to the fascinating way they communicate and interact. And they make awesome honey! I am a strong advocate for inclusion, the rights of LGBTIQA people and acknowledge that these experiences take place on Gundangara lands and that sovereignty was never ceded.
