Tour experience guided by Veronica was most informative and an amazing part of our trip in South Korea. The tour started with lunch at a Michelin rated restaurant called Yongsusan, serving traditional Korean cuisine. The dishes were light and absolutely divine. After lunch we headed to Bukchon Hanok village. Veronica introduced us to a sweet Korean pancake with syrup embedded in the pancake. We walked around the village where she also explained to us important landmarks in the village. We then strolled over to a tea shop called Tea Therapy cafe. A menu was provide to us and recommended the type of tea suited for the individual. I ended purchasing three boxes of the Detox tea. Great purchase! The tour ended at a Buddhist eatery and museum like place. The site explained the type of meals consumed by the monks and the preparation of fermented food for a long winter and year ahead. I highly recommend this tour to solo travelers and families as well. Veronica exudes professionalism and extremely patient with me and my son. She is most informative about Korean history and culinary arts, past and modern day.

Having heard good things about Veronica Kang who suns Gastro Seoul, we booked an evening of learning about Soju with dinner; and she certainly did not disappoint. Being in the hospitality industry prior to organising food tours, she was very knowledgeable and passionate about the culinary delights Korean food had to offer. We started with a visit to a local recognised Soju Master Brewer and had an informative briefing of the process of making it followed by tasting and sampling of the high quality Soju. Having 10 shots of Soju varying in strength and flavours was truly an enjoyable challenge. We then walked a short distance to a local restaurant where we had a most delicious dinner of streamed rice with several local side dishes (banchan), a generous serving of fresh oysters, broiled pork slices and spicy Korean noodles. The portions were most generous and served with a sweet rice wine (Makgeolli). We had a delightful evening with Veronica filled with not only good food but also an educational insight into the intricacies of Soju and Korean food.

The tour was awesome. Suni was our guide and she was engaging, helpful, and very knowledgeable. It was a small group and I was picked up at my hotel. It was a Sunday and because of the Coronavirus, most of the sites were quite empty. I would highly recommend this tour as we saw a lot in about 7 hours, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Jogyesa Buddhist temple, two different shopping areas, visited the Hanbok studios, where we got dressed up in traditional garb (sounds lame but it was a lot of fun and we got plenty of pictures), historical neighborhood with houses that are protected by UNESCO, and even got to see Seoul from a high mountain peak. We saw a lot but never felt rushed.

My sister found this company online and I'm so glad she booked with them. Our party of 4 consisted of my sister, our elderly parents and myself. Our super guide Jun Eun-jong met us at our hotel, went over what sights we wanted to cover and understood our need to be flexible depending on how our parents were feeling. I cannot say enough about Jun! Her English is excellent, she is knowledgeable native of Busan, great sense of humor and just an all around joy. The vehicle we had was perfect for the four of us, easy for my parents to get in and out of, and very clean. Jun let us set the pace of the tours, never hurrying us and made sure everyone's needs were met. Lunch at a local restaurant was very good, ordered ahead as to minimize wait time. The food was good but more importantly for my mom, it was super clean. Our day lasted from 9 am to just about 5 pm, we covered what we had wanted and more. I specifically asked Jun for her business card because I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone going to Busan. Thanks Jun!

Yeji was our charming and attractive guide for the evening. She was absolutely delightful. She introduced us to Korean barbecue eaten on sesame leaves, Topoki, and a Korean pancake. We also watched a street vendor make Korean taffy from a fermented honey cube. We drank plum wine, rice wine (not a fan), soju, and Korean beer. What a great experience! But although the food was fantastic, our guide was the very best!

Daniel was a fantastic host, my wife and I did the ultimate food tour which lasted for around 4.5 hours. We hit Noryangjin Fish Market, Gwangjang Market, and Ikseongdong to cap the night off, all of which were delicious! Daniel is a knowledgeable, fun and down to earth guy who was very accommodating to all our requests and planned a really great evening for the two of us. He went above and beyond giving us lots of restaurant recommendations in Seoul as well as for our upcoming holiday to Jeju island. One of the best things we've done in Seoul so far! Highly recommend!
