We are listed as closed everyday as we are open by appointment only (book a slot via our website). Our family run farm is located in glorious Buckinghamshire countryside offering Walks with Alpacas and private Group/Corporate Visits. Come and learn about these wonderfully inquisitive animals and take them for a walk around our 22 acres. Meet our rare breed sheep, pygmy goats, ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs and sample some of Jo's famous homemade cakes! Relaxing, peaceful and true escapism. Please note that as we are not an open farm visits are only by private booking only.
We had a fantastic, memorable family experience here! The session was very well organised and managed, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the animals were all well cared for and loved, and there were lovely extra touches such as the tea and cake, feeding the other animals as well as the alpacas, and the sweet little shop of souvenirs! The booking system was straightforward and effective, with clear information on what to expect and how to come prepared, as well as reminders running up to the event. We would definitely recommend the experience!

Lower ladysden is a family run PYO farm along with a giant maze
This has to be one of the best Farm Shops and PYO around. Lots of lovely fruit and veg, both on sale and for picking. Plenty of car parking and great for kids too. Covid rules well organised.

There's farmyard fun for the whole family at Longdown Activity Farm. Join in with a daily schedule of hands-on activities such as bottle-feeding kid goats and calves, duck feeding, and the Animal Encounter Barn where visitors can hold chicks and meet a variety of small animals - sometimes even Kunekune piglets. There are lots of larger, friendly animals to meet too. Whatever the weather, there is lots of playtime adventures to be had in the indoor and outdoor play areas which include the Straw Den and Trampoline Barn and the soft play area (these areas are currently closed following goverment guidance) When ground conditions allow, don't miss the fabulous bumpy tractor and trailer ride. No hidden extra costs for our daily schedule of activities. Make sure you visit the Longdown Farm Shop for delicious locally sourced food - a taste of the New Forest.
What a great day out! I took my two boys here today and they loved it!! Parking is free and the entry prices are reasonable too Its the first farm where we have hand fed baby cows and goats, held ducklings, collected chicken eggs, had a tractor ride and enjoyed the farms parks and crazy golf.... so much to do to keep your little ones entertained, this place is a must visit for anyone out enjoying the New Forest

Bocketts Farm is a working family farm set in the beautiful Surrey countryside. The combination of animals and play areas, both inside and out, make our farm one of the South East's most popular all weather attractions. Whether it's a family day out, a school or group trip or one of our popular birthday parties, you can be sure to have fun, come rain or shine. Watch the pig race, take a pony ride, hop on board the tractor and trailer, cuddle cute rabbits and feed our many wonderful farm animals. Being a working farm, there are always baby animals to see including lambs, kids, piglets and chicks. With trampolines, giant slides, a bouncy pillow, 2 large indoor play barns and outdoor adventure trails, plus lovingly homemade food in our gorgeous Old Barn Tearooms, Bocketts Farm Park makes for a brilliantly exciting day out for the entire family
My nephews used to go to Bockets Farm when tiny and always loved it, so for the eldest ones 21st birthday it was an ideal trip down memory lane with his younger brother, his girlfriend, his mum & I. We weren’t the only group of just adults either. Lots to see and do, tractor rides, goat milking, petting & feeding of animals, pig racing and lots of happy, chatty & helpful staff. Nice tea room where we got toasted sandwiches and ciders, well we are all over 18! Holly was stung unfortunately by a wasp but the staff were lovely with a cool pack & advice. Lots of hand wash stations around so you could happily feed some of the animals but clean up easily. Drinking water taps as well so you could replenish your water which was very needed on such a hot day. You could also come in & out with picnics & so forth. I had the best day and my pig Piggy Stardust won the race ????. I would think for a family day out with youngsters this would be ideal, they had a disco in the afternoon, a big adventure park, inflatable pillows to jump on, go karts, huge sandpit, indoor mini tractors, pirate ship, pig woods, pony rides, tractor rides and open space for running around. I want to go again, and the little piglets and baby pigmy goats ???? and pudding the guinea pig ???? just a lovely time

We opened our doors to the public 38 years ago and were one of the first ever farm parks in the country. We are now open all year round, with a massive indoor play barn with different areas for different age ranges. There’s lots of outdoor play as well, including the Little Farmers Driving School. Throughout the day there are animal handling and feeding activities for children to get involved in. Meerkat Mansion is our latest addition making a Farm-Tastic day out! We are so proud that we have people visit us from all over the country, employ over 60 people, run a quality restaurant – welcoming thousands of families 7 days a week and have won several awards. We hope you have a wonderful day and a massive thank you from us for making it all possible!
We take our little 2 year old here regularly and have done over the last 2 years, it’s rite on our door step and brilliant fun for all, sometimes we just pop up there with him for a play in the soft play or others for a full morning/afternoon out to see and feed the animals and have fun in the soft play, there is plenty to do and all the staff are friendly with the added bonus of a great little cafe which does some good food and cakes. I would highly recommend a visit especially if your local.

We are a small family run plant nursery, farm shop and cafe established 40 years ago. The farm is nestled in a quiet rural location, conveniently close to the 1066 walk to Battle and within a few miles of Hastings and Bexhill. The nursery and farm shop sell a wide range of high quality plants and produce, many grown and hand made on the premises, with friendly and knowledgeable staff always available to help with any questions.
Lovely cake, plus alternatives for milk. Staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. Only downside is choosing which fabulous cake to have! On a plus, they do take outs!

Thrift Farm is a 52 acre farm and is a Rural Training Centre/working environment for Adults with Learning Difficulties. Approximately thirty trainees attend the farm each day. Places are also provided for students from Special schools and other local establishments. The trainees work on the farm with the help and guidance of a small, experienced staff team. We have a good selection of farm animals - cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, pony, donkeys, chickens, ducks, geese, rhea and turkeys. We have a hatchery with various small animals - chicks, ducklings and guinea pigs and rabbits. There is also an aviary with budgies and cockatiels. On the Animal Park is also a play and picnic area. Please feel free to bring a picnic with you. We also sell some animals - guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, pigs and goats. Thrift is a small farm most suitable for younger children and has a cafe with a children's menu at reasonable prices. At our cafe you can have a lovely homemade lunch and cake. There is a play house and tractors for children to play with. You can purchase at our Gift shop children's books, gifts, toys, homemade jams, free range eggs (chicken, duck, geese, quail and turkey) and also buy hatching eggs and more. We have a Garden Centre producing a variety of shrubs, perennial and bedding plants, herbs and hanging baskets. A small shop sells planters, wind chimes, seeds and other horticultural sundries. At 11am there is a Story Time every first Sunday of the month. The cost is £4 per child including lunch box ( it does not include entrance to the farm). We organise children's parties.
Newly reopened after being saved from closure, much improved, new play activity area for children, small cars and tractors to zoom around in separate area, animals seem well cared for, cafe good all covid compliant, lots of clean hand washing stations. Thoroughly enjoyable visit stayed about 3 hours. Food at half price with government support eating out scheme, great for families.
