If you are staying in Santorini and you would like to see the best of the south of the island, this tour is ideal for you. South of the island includes some of the major attractions, places of archaeological interest and lovely villages. Take a tour with one of our licensed local guides that can guide you also inside Akrotiri!. Akrotiri which is one of the most stunning archaeological sites in the world! This remarkably well-preserved ancient Minoan city was buried by a volcanic eruption 3,600 years ago. Archaeologists discovered at the site pottery, furniture, advanced drainage systems, and three-story buildings. Many believe the disaster and the site itself were the inspiration behind Plato’s story of Atlantis.

We were in Santorini for one day and wanted to make it count. We booked with Kostas because he was recommended by some other people who had taken the Celebrity cruise we were on. I communicated via email with Kostas about some things we wanted to make sure we did on our private tour, mainly the ancient ruins of Thira. Kostas went out of his way to make the trip memorable for us. He is an expert on Greece culture and any question we asked him was answered with complete history. I highly recommend him for any tour of Santorini. If its not on his website, just ask him and he will make it happen.

Embark your special vehicle so as to start your tour. Our tour begins with exploration of the ancient Acropolis of Rhodes. It is situated high on the summit of “Monte Smith” Hill, where remnants of the Temple of “Apollo” and the restored edifices of the Ancient Stadium and Odium dominate. In the Acropolis, we enter yet another atmosphere: High walls, deep moats, narrow cobbled streets lead the way to the medieval town of the Knights. Byzantine churches, Gothic rhythm Palace, Inns and Hospitals, and Mosques co-exist in the most traditional Greek setting touched little by modern hectic pace and way of life. One of the most impressive building within the Walls is the “Grand Masters’ Palace” it was restored during the Italian period of the island today housing a superb collection of original mosaics from Kos island dating from the Hellenistic to early Byzantine period. With a visit there, the wide Street of the Knights will capture your heart and mind with its simplicity.
Inclusions: Air-conditioned vehicle, Private transportation, professional driver, transportation by special vehicle acommodating up to 3 wheelchairs, licensed guide
Exclusions: Gratuities, entrance fees: 6 euros per person / disabled people are free of entrance fees
Kos reached probably it's peak during the Roman and Hellinistic Period, and became a center of shops and commerce and a great port. Some fabulous villas with mosaics floors is a nice discover in the ancient Agora; If you visit the nice mountain Dikaios, ca. (847 m) , and the charming village Zia is very close to the mountain; a very romantic village with small narrow streets, many little shops, or visit the Monastery of Spondi; the panoramic views of the whole of Kos or also see the wonderful sunset from Zia, will be a super experience.

Had a great trip. The food served was excellent for this type of trip. Barbecued prawns and Greek salad plus a few extra options. The views on the trip were excellent and the crew were amazing. Our original trip was cancelled due to some thunderstorms but the team helped us fit the trip in before our flight which was hugely appreciated and the kind of customer service which makes it an easy trip to recommend.

The route starts from the Haraki fisherman village and passes from the beach site, the ancient olive grove of Massari and through Malona's orange grove. A stop at the village’s main church gives cyclists the chance to briefly stroll around the village and recover a little, also to savor Greek snacks. We then continue by cycling next to the course of the Gadoura River heading towards the source of the river and the small, but impressive Red Water gorge.Leaving the source of the river behind, we pass through a forest of olive and orange trees .Heading towards Gadoura bridge built in the 1930s, we have the chance to explore some old battlements from the Second World War.Our cyclists can rest for a short time next to the old Italian bridge. This route also takes us past the runway of an old airport, the beach of Agia Agathi and the Feraklos Byzantine and medieval castle. The beach is the ideal place to finish the ride, enjoy a refreshing dip in the deep blue waters of Haraki beach.

_________________ Was a great day on the water. From pickup to return, the tour was well organizied and you were well taken care of by the guide. The beaches you reach from the water were quiet with clear waters. Snorklening and cave exploring were highly enjoyable, but seeing the island from the water was amazing. The cliffs, the rock formations, it was such a cool way to experience Rhodes and better understand the history.

Steep climb to the top but worth it. Was worried about the site due to other reviews I had read but was glad I visited this site, some early nineteenth century rebuilds but not enough to spoil the site as a whole, can be a bit tricky underfoot so some caution needed, amazing views from the top. Worth the trek and €12 entry. Bar not open outside the gate so would advise take a drink. A must if you are in rhodes

This was our second time in Mykonos as this was a stop on our Mediterranean cruse. So instead of booking a shore excursion, we just walked around the port area, shopped, and had some snacks and a drink. It's a lively place in high tourist season.

Explore the most fabulous island of the Aegean Sea with the blue sky, the beautiful sugar houses and the amazing beaches. We start this tour by getting orientation and information in the labyrinth of the old town as well as impressions of the small port and the churches in town. Of course we will see the famous wind-mills. After this we are exploring the island with a bus, visiting some of the most famous beaches and the inner landscape. We see fishermen and kaikis, small private chapels and houses built in typical cycladic style. In the second main village of Mykonos, Ano Mera, an idyllic place 6km from town, you will have enough free time for a stroll around the traditional square and for a visit at the monk’s monastery of Panagia Tourliani, built in the 16th century. Next stop is Kalafatis beach where there is time to relax a little and have a coffee or a refreshment and to reach a place with a fantastic view all over the town and neighbour islands, before going back to town.
