This lovely little building houses a rather excellent exhibition of photographs by RAFFAELE CELENTANO which is well worth a look. Also when I went in July 2019 there was an exhibition on SOPHIA LOREN. Great views from the balcony AND a swing - try it out!

This cathedral can be easily found whilst walking around the quaint town of Sorrento. The architecture is stunning and the painted ceiling is beautiful. The inlaid marquetry door is lovely. So much character and the atmosphere is so peaceful and tranquil. It really is a beautiful special place. There is no admission charge

Visit this lovely house and go down to the basement where you will meet the charming Mario. He will amaze and entertain you with his marvellous collection of antique musical boxes. He made the cabinets of many of them himself! Simply the most memorable experience you will have in Sorrento.

A tiny church on the sea front in Sorrento's Marina Grande, being lovingly cleaned by a couple of elderly ladies when we visited. The church is relatively simply decorated compared to most Italian churches, but with the usual (to non-Catholic eyes) garish statues, and two large cases of silver votives - miniature depictions of parts of the anatomy which had been presumably cured after praying to St Anna.
