This really is a little gem. A beautiful lake and nature reserve. We had a lovely walk around the trail and have also visited for a bat watching tour organised by Solihull MBC. This was amazing as within minutes of being handed our bat detectors it felt like we were surrounded by them. Definitely worth joining an organised tour.

Gorgeous walks around a huge park with lake. There are swans, ducks and geese. There is a small pier where children and people feed the ducks. It's got a hill which is a climb up to a church. There is a walled garden at the top of the hill.( Difficult to find ) Sledging in this park when it snows is a delight. There is a small Brook that goes through the park with three little bridges going over. The park has a play area and tennis court. Although nets are often broken.

Lovely ambience with African theme indoor and outdoor restaurant decor with various plants, pots, African jewellery and African clothes amongst other things to buy. We had curry goat with rice n peas and homemade cakes - various cakes to choose from. Staff was friendly and polite. Food was lovely and would definately come here again. There is also various facilities/things to do for children and on set days mainly at weekends they have various reggae, soul and jazz concerts/festivals.

Set in the middle of Brueton Park, on the edge of Solihull Town Centre, the Parkridge Centre and its 5.5 acre nature area offer a tranquil setting for environmental education and information, plus a wide variety of nature conservation events and activities throughout the year.
The lovely lady who manages the cafe gives a fabulous service. Currently the toilets have to be closed due to COVID some members of the public think it’s ok to be abusive to the staff. It’s not ok the staff are complying with the rules. Whoever that person was who spat at the staff hang your head in shame. If you are in the park show your love an support at the cafe x

Walk my two huskies here all the time. Lovely park, separate dog park, tennis courts, play areas, sports pitches, active exercise equipment placed around the skate park so you can exercise as you walk!. Small basketball court too. The usual teenage groups are normally well behaved. And you are a very short walk from Parkgate, and several coffee shops!

I work in solihull and often take a walk in the park at lunchtime. It is always well maintained and clean. It has a lake with an abundance of wildlife. Cycle way, skateboard park its all here. Pathways to sheltered seating. sometimes there is a mobile coffee trailer in the park. This is a stones throw from the touchwood shopping centre as well.
