The North Harbor, which was opened in 1891, is located west of the city center. At the end of the 1980s, the harbor began to be rebuilt and today it is a residential area with it´s associated marina. A sunset in the Northern Harbor is lovely with views of the boats and the wharf. There are many restaurants near the harbor and there are always a lot of people in motion, both locals and tourists.

Located directly west of the trading port, 200 meters from the center. Here is a large green area, called Anna Lind's place, with barbecues and seating along the marina on the piers. Restaurants and fish smokehouse. Here, on a statue, two gilded seagulls in bronze hover above a slender granite plinth.
