Lovely cave with carvings in the sandstone going back to 17th century. You're not allowed to deface the rock now but the older carvings give it a timeline. Beautiful place to be within the Gauja National Park. Location of The Legend of the Rose of Turaida (google it)

Canes Park

We passed by this on the way to Turaida. It is such a sight to see and I was glad to do so. In summer people wander through the park and sit and enjoy. In winter people stop to take photos.
