We did a 3-hour private tour of Siena with Giorgia this summer with our two teenage children. It was just perfect! Giorgia is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Siena and beyond, and it clearly showed in the depth of her answers to the very many questions that we asked. She was flexible to adapt the tour based on what we were interested in. Although not originally from Siena, she knows and loves the city like a local and has the ability to make the tour unforgettable. 160 Euros for a fantastic private our of Sienna. Very good value for money. Probably the best private city tour that we have ever done.

Just back since Sunday after 7 nights on ship - boarded in Barcelona 3rd Nov - cannot praise ship - staff - food and - organisation skills - fantastic. It was my 60 th birthday pressie and have to say it was SPECIAL. Hopefully will see you all again next year

We booked a wine tour for half a day only the night before and received the confirmation following morning! The driver picked us up at our place in Siena with a very nice and comfortable car. Our driver was Roberto, who spoke very well English and is a very funny and nice guy! He could answer all our questions on Italian cuisine and culture in a very passionate way. The wineries we visited were as authentic as you could imagine and they let us try all their best wines! We had an amazing afternoon and wished we’d booked for the entire day. Wedriveyou.it is highly recommended by us and make sure you ask for Roberto!

Took the walking tour today with Safe as our guide. Wonderful experience. Safe spoke flawless English and his passion for Florence, art and history was addicting. We hope to do something similar in the future.

Travelling is knowing different traditional flavors of an area. The goal of the food tour is to let people know the Sienese dishes, savoury and sweet. After the meeting with the tour guide, who will explain in detail every dish rich in history and curiosity, the group will head to the first stop where you can taste mixed crostini, salami and cheese with a good glass of Chianti. The second stop will focus on truffles, the precious and well-known tuber, that make all those who do not know it crazy. Finished the starter is the turn of the first course, in a typical tavern just a few steps from the magnificent Piazza del Campo. Here, according to seasons, you can taste typical dishes like panzanella, pici with crumbs, tomato soup and pici with garlic. At the end of the tour the guide will bring the group in the San Domenico area, where a shop of local products will be the final taste of typical sweets: cantucci, panforte and ricciarelli, with a good glass of VinSanto.

I couldn’t put correct date on this review - I did this tour with my two children in August 2019 and originally posted it then. I have had a message to say that I had posted it under the wrong company (one with a very similar name). I would like to re-post the review as we had such a brilliant day with our guide and would like to recommend the tour company to others whenever this type of activity goes ahead again! Our guide Ms Ivanova was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour took in many places around the city and we also visited the Uffizi in the afternoon. I was with my children aged 6 and 9 and both really enjoyed this day. They felt included and learned a lot. The guide met us at the times planned and gave plenty of opportunities for questions and were able to answer any queries. Everything was organised well and went smoothly. We were unable to book a tour inside the Duomo but actually this one which took us all the way around the outside and to other fascinating parts of the city was perfect for my family.
