I have been on many trips and tours and it is easy for me to say that Italo Giordano is a superb tour guide. Italo has a degree in classical archeology and gives a full history and background of his tour. I appreciate a tour guide that is passionate about his subject matter and imparts very interesting information that I would not want to miss. There is no substitute for having a subject matter expert like Italo to show you each site to it's fullest. He is a top notch professional and is such a superbly nice and approachable and I not only recommend a tour with him--I will look forward to completing another tour when I visit Sicilia again. He is one of the best tour guides I have experienced on my many treks to Italia and beyond.

I had a really great time on what ended up being a private tour as I was the only one booked for that day! Sonia was really lovely and in addition to taking me round the different spots to try all sorts of delicious bites, she also made the effort to take me to some other places around Catania to give me a great overview. Sonia was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she seemed to have a good relationship with all the vendors which made it even more fun because it meant that the vendors were chattier. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone :)
