It is the most ancient known mosque in that area. After that when we reaching to the gobala place there are beautiful forest be sides the road and fuad stop the car and told to take pictures in there . We took photos with horse also ???????? it’s amazing ???? after that fuad took us to the beautiful lake. And there also beautiful place and we took so many pictures???? fuad helping us to take photos ???? after that we went gobala places . Its very amazing place we ever seen ???????? we went to sonw side and we enjoyed very well. Super nice guide he tells everything about Baki and the places we have been. I have seen the beautifull great places of azerbaycan, Qobustan, Mudvolcanos, delicious restaurant of locale food, atesqah, yanardag and Haydar Aliyev centre. I enjoyed it and recommend it to do this tour .

Baku - as the biggest city of Caucasus and the capital of Azerbaijan is full of historical buildings. For the first day we will see its central park and for the second day time to go to the suburban areas.

Save your money and either do a free walking tour or buy a guidebook at see the sights on your own. The tour operator was one of the worst I have ever dealt with and I have been traveling for over 30 years to 104 countries with countless tour companies. My complaints include not being advised that this was a walking trip (on a hot sunny August day we trekked over 7 miles in the heat). When I complained DeLuxe told me it was in the description (it wasn't) followed by Viator had recently removed it (I booked 5 months ago and they hand't) followed by telling me that the comments show a lot of walking (this isn't a part of the tour description). Second complaint was lunch which was suppose to be included. I was taken to the food court of a local mall and only after complaining was I taken to a table service restaurant. I was told the food was Azerbaijani, but the menu said it was Iranian. I asked for chicken and was given lamb. Of course that place was still inside the mall (as opposed to old town) but at least the view was nice. The biggest complaint was the tour company constantly referring to "their costs" as the reason for my problems. Their costs can't begin to equal the price of $175 a person and have zero bearing on what they advertised the tour to be. The tour I had booked the next day (which was cancelled at my request) was a four hour driving tour to a temple outside of Baku costing only $77 so I fail to see how the 5 hour walking tour was more expensive even if the entrance fees to the museums and lunch were included. One final point is that the guide was a very sweet and helpful college student who ended up getting in the middle of all this. During our lunch she was summoned to meet the tour company owner. I advised the tour owner that my complaints were not with her but with his company's representation of the tour. I only hope she kept her job. My advise, take a pass on this trip and avoid the tour company at all costs (yours and apparently theirs).

9. Trip to Sheki
Sheki situated on the legendary Silk Road, this charming city in the northwest of Azerbaijan is well worth a visit for its unique architecture, ancient handicrafts and the fun humour of the local people. One of Sheki’s top spots is the Palace of Sheki Khan, a display of lavish decorations including ‘shebeke’ - the local art of building mosaics from coloured glass, set in a wooden latticework and assembled without nails or glue. Local guides can bring both this architectural monument and the khanate period to life with their expert commentaries.

The Sheki Khan House Built in the 18th century and recently thoroughly restored the house of Sheki Khans, owned by relatives of the Khans, is a transitional link from a national house to a palace type building.
