we are experienced escape room players. We looked to see if we could find a "high end" escape room experience in pigeon forge. we found "The Escape Game" and read the great reviews and decided to book a game. the 1st game we booked was Gold Rush. it was AMAZING! we immediately booked Prison Break and it was insane! the next evening we played The Heist and again, amazing! on our way home, we couldn't resist and played Classified before our drive back home. Overall, I would rate the staff, the rooms, the difficulty, Fun and overall experience, a 10! much better than going to the theme-parks and the kids enjoy it much more! Do yourself a favor and book a game ASAP! Ask for Ms. Rainwater at the front desk, shes an amazing host and a great people person.

Super fun time!! My friends and I have done escape rooms before and Scarlett's Room is our favorite. Great, creepy props. Kaylee was an awesome hostess!!! Would definitely recommend Scarlett's Room if you are visiting Gatlinburg.

Best escape game we have ever played. Spencer did an awesome job. Best escape game experience we have ever had. Headcase has the best rooms, best props, and the best employees! This was our 2nd time at Headcase, we will be back! Well worth the money. This is a 1st class escape game!!

Awesome place!!! After our first room (Alcatraz which we beat with 4 min to spare) we did two more rooms the next day (Capone & The Cabin) The Cabin we beat with 20 minutes left. The rooms are well designed with lots of cool secrets and the decor is amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful both times with a special shout out to Aly (she’s the best!!!) If you are a first timer to escape rooms YouTube escape room tips. This will help you to have fun while solving the room.

Escape games should definitely be on your to do list in Pigeon Forge! It is fun for all ages! We have something for everyone! Everyone coming out with a smile is our main objective. Come and play some ping pong in our lobby before or after your game! We also have an event room that you can book, if you have a special event and need some extra space to hang out. We are a mom and pop business a little off the beaten path (maybe 100 yards from the parkway) but our games are very fun and challenging. We look forward to meeting you!

My family and I have done several escape rooms and this one was one of the best! We successfully escaped the haunted room while enjoying all of the tricks and surprises!

When we went to the venue to exchange our voucher for tickets, I was dismayed to discover the Monday show was cancelled. However, thanks to Cris in the Box-office, we were provided options for our choice of shows later in the week. Cris spent time with me reviewing seating and dates to insure we would not be disappointed. We attended the Saturday show and were delighted to see Buddy Holly, Conway Twitty, Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin and Elvis. The entire show is made possible by the Showband of the Stars. This band performs all musical genres with aplomb, never missing a beat or a note. Every member a true professional! The first half of the show featured Buddy, Conway, Aretha and MJ all acts were quite good. Their mannerisms, voices and renditions were accurate and entertaining. The second half was all Elvis! We have attended many Tribute show over the years and both I and my wife believe this was the best Elvis impersonator ever. He (Bill Cherry) had Elvis’ mannerisms, voices and renditions, including his laugh, SPOT ON! Well worth the price of admission making this show one not to be missed when in PF!

Loved the outdoor and indoor courses. All were themed with candy in mind and he j door course even smelled like candy. The outdoor course was more challenging but very well maintained greens. Lots of eye candy and by the time we were done, I wanted some candy! Great fun for the whole family!
