spend the day at peasholm park,feeding the ducks or squirrels ,riding the dragon boats around the lake or taking a walk along the many paths through wooded paths and watching the ducks along the stream way. This former railway line has been turned into a cycling/walking/riding path. Makes for good easy walking, an alternative to the Cleveland Way.

Beautiful place for a walk, take the kids and find the fairy door in the secret garden. You can walk all the way to Peasholm Park. Lovely views through the valley. Highly recommend

A good walk from the scarborough spa, where they had a band playing, walk along the sea front, with plenty to see n do, the harbour is a good place to sit n watch too, the stroll to the North bay is a nice walk, with the castle ruins above you and sea to watch the dolphins playing, we were lucky enough to spot dolphins a few times, we went to visit Peasholm park, which I know from when I was a child and we used to holiday in Scarborough, many moons ago...the sea life centre is at the far point in the North Bay.... we were lucky with the weather and was able to enjoy the view in the sunshine....

Excellent surf, fab little surf shop with knowledgable staff, this really is a hidden gem of a beach in Yorkshire. Unspoilt, with a little beach shack selling essentials, loads of parking nearby great views across the bay. Love it and can't wait to go back.
