The largest city in South America, Sao Paulo’s cuisine and art is as multinational as its diverse population of 10 million. With the restaurants of the Jardins district serving every food imaginable to diners from around the world, you wouldn’t be out of place going to Sao Paulo just for the dining. But you’d be missing out on world-class museums, diverse and vibrant neighborhood tours, and crazy-good shopping.

We offer hot yoga Bikram classes (90 minutes) and Vinyasa classes (60 minutes). We have changing rooms for men and women with showers and lockers. The yoga room has a solid heating and air flow system. The owners/teachers have a combined 17 years of teaching experience and are from America and Brazil. As such, classes are taught in either Portuguese or English, which is specified on the website (English page/schedule). For out-of-town students there is a weekly unlimited for $R110 and a 10-class package for R$330 (valid 2 months) in addition to a range of choices. Visit us next time you are in town!
