As promised to Luca, we visited this bar every day on our vacation to Italy last month. Each time we went we were made very welcome by both luca and his father. On our first visit we had some drinks outside as it was a glorious day, Lucas father never let our drinks run dry and even got me a cigar from one of the locals what was very appreciated. The bar is very friendly and very reasonably priced. We bought drinks there each day to take to our room as it was cheaper than going to the supermarket. They even gave us ice for our liquor and even offered to throw it up to our balcony if we ran out. We were staying at the alpha just over the road and our room overlooked the bar. These guys were our first encounter with Italians with the exception of the airport and hotel staff and they made an excellent first impression. Very polite, friendly and great guys. We enjoyed calling in for drinks each day, sometimes even twice a day. Luca went above and beyond for us and even went out of his way to go to the wholesalers to get us a bottle of white disarono to take home as it wasn't yet available in the UK. Vista Sky Bar is the rooftop lounge of Hotel Mediterraneo Sorrento. It is open for aperitives facing the sunset, special events and parties. It is the ideal location for a wedding too! International and signature cocktails and finger food are normally served. For private parties/receptions it is also possible to organize a served or buffet dinner. Come to see the most amazing sunset in Sorrento! Vista Sky Bar is normally open from june to september on friday, sunday and tuesday. Special events admission can be with a fee. Had such a wonderful evening. We booked the Moet section and is worth it!! Views are amazing. The food was incredible we just could not stop ordering!! Staff were very attentive!! Cant wait to return.
