You will be welcomed by Leo and Aliona in their comfortable apartment located in the center of Moscow. You will start the evening with a degustation of local juices and Russian starters coming from local markets. You'll then discover the unique mix of French and Russian meals with your hosts: genuine Russian dishes prepared in a modern way, French classical dishes prepared with local products. You’ll taste Georgian wine: mandatory during any trip in Russia, as well as cheeses, produced in Russia following the French example. You end your dinner with a Russian tea ceremony, served with seasonal fruits, cakes, sweets and biscuits. It is not over: you’ll try homemade jams and cakes, and the Georgian tarte tatin: Antonovka. This experience will be the opportunity for you to meet locals, passionate about their home city. Try 6 different traditional local drinks based on vodka . The seventh shot goes as a bonus one, of any flavor you liked the most. The drinks are made and served by a local family. They will tell you about ingredients they use, different flavors and how they are made. Each drink is served in a frozen shot.  For snacks you will be offered hot pancakes with red caviar, melting butter or sauce cream. There is also a dish of homemade pelmeni and local garden vegetables. For extra treats, you will taste sandwiches with herring and onion, toasts with garlic pickles, mushrooms and much more.  The hosts will tell you everything about Russian cuisine and you will have a chance to cook it yourself!

Both caviar and blinis (pancakes) are produced locally and are made with the highest standards in the world. Each set menu include Salmon red caviar (28,4 g), Sturgeon black caviar (28,4 g), two pancakes with farm sour cream and a drink on your choice (best-known vodka "Tsarskaya Gold" 40 ml, Russian Champagne Abrau-Durso 0,375 ml or Polugar 40 ml). Polugar is an old-style Russian alcoholic beverage, a bread wine revived according to the recipes of the 19th century of the so-called noble distillation. Gain knowledge from experienced, English speaking who can teach you the fascinating history of the produce offered at Stroganoff Steak House.
