Rugby Art Gallery and Museum is located in the centre of Rugby, a picturesque town in the West Midlands. Entry is FREE of charge and it provides visitors with a wealth of cultural experiences. Rugby Art Gallery and Museum houses a small Archaeology Gallery which showcases Roman artefacts found in the local area. Two art galleries showcasing changing exhibitions of local and National contemporary and modern art. Plus, a small changing exhibition from Rugby’s social history collection. It also houses, Rugby Visitor Centre and Shop, Rugby Library, The Rugby Hall of Fame (small charge applicable), and the Maia Café serving delicious light refreshments. There are lots of activities for all ages with opportunities to get hands on with art and history. There is always something fun to see and do at Rugby Art Gallery and Museum and we look forward to welcoming you soon.
The library is fine, but i mainly go for the 'floor one' gallery which changes every fortnight i think. The art is variable because of it's nature, but that's part of it's fun. There are some incredible pieces done by kids up to professional artist. The only minus is having a bad experience at the coffee shop with a verbally abusive member of their staff.

'Works 4 Me' run integrated art workshops. We started off as a day-care centre for adults with learning difficulties and our activities proved so popular that we now run integrated craft workshops. Workshops start from as little as £10 and include all materials unless stated otherwise. Have a go at ceramics, decoupage, upcycling furniture, children's classes, and textile crafts.
