Monument inaugurated on April 24, 1981. Between 1904 and 1905 there was the first community meeting started. The Monument was built in 1981 in homage to the colonizer of Rio Negrinho and to rememberthe origin of the city and its community. The city of Rio Negrinho began there, only after the construction of the railroad and the Dona Francisca Road the center of the city moved.
