My father and I had a fantastic tour of the D-Day Beaches, Sainte-Mere-Eglise and Bayeux in October. Our tour guide was Sabrina, and she tailored the day to meet our interests - including taking us by the statue of Dick Winters and Brecort Manor. We even managed to squeeze in a tour of the Bayeux tapestries at the end of the day, which was followed by a recommendation for dinner at the best restaurant in Bayeux before our train ride back to Paris - Le Moulin de Galette. It was a quaint restaurant near an old watermill that served delicious crepes. The tour was the highlight of our time in France. The tour also felt very safe from a COVID perspective - there was hardly anyone at the sites, the guide wore a mask, kept social distance and regularly offered hand sanitizer; there was also a divider in the van between the guide and the two of us.

***DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE*** TERRIBLE customer service. Have contacted them before the Covid pandemic asking for a refund. Did not receive it. Then Covid hit - asked MANY times via email for a refund. This trip was for 4 adults - for a cost of 476Euros. There have been so many emails - and they keep saying that a refund is in the works. First they said immediately, then they said 6 months. I cannot recommend this tour operator due to this blatant disrespect of their customers. I need these funds back. I was out of work for more than 8 months - and this is really unacceptable.

We went september 2020 to the area of Champagne. It was an INCREDIBLE journey to never forget! #makememories Stéphane was our private tourguide for 3 days. He’s a very nice guy and could tell us everything about the area and about the process of making champagne. He also knows very good local restaurants. Stéphane arranged a perfect planning based on our wishes. That’s exactly why i loved him as our tourguide. I definitly recommend to book a tour at ‘tours in champagne’!

Attention to detail is the least I can say about Clément our travel planner and guide. I run a company specialized in tourism, so believe me when I say, I am a critic. The van was impeccably clean, sanitized prior to our departure from the Paris Montparnasse train station and throughout our transportation to different destinations. A little footstool prepared and I did not even have time to open the door, as our host did it before me. Clément played the French classics on our way to Normandy and the lyrics of Edith Piaf, Aznavour and Brel were in the seat pocket to sing along! As for the itinerary, our priority was to meet local producers and 'the' expert on WW2 D-Day history as well as Monet's Garden at Giverny. From cider houses, to farm producers who make cheese out of raw milk as well as calvados, the main spirit to go with camembert cheese! The choice of hotel was perfect in Bayeux, a charming town untouched by the bombings of the war. There we spent 3 nights where we could stroll to the morning market and visit the cathedral with it's intriguing crypt. We met a hat maker, lace and embroidery artisans all forgotten hand-made crafts revived by locals in Bayeux! A sensory experience was passing by Giverny. We were lucky as we were practically the only ones there, advantages of the pandemic. An autumn portrait where the sun was low and soft at dusk. Words cannot express the emotions brought by the colors and romantic solitude which must inspired Monet. Next trip with Clément will be Honfleur and Mont Saint-Michel. I can't wait!

Isabelle gave us a wonderful overview of the Champagne region around Ay and Hautvilliers. We did the half-day 3 hour tour. I learned a lot of interesting things which would be difficult to find out ourselves. As she is a very nice and cheerful person, it was also really fun. We did the tour in Corona times but everything went fine and we felt save. I absolutely recommend the tour if you want to explore the Champange region.

Clemence came to pick us up with my boyfriend in the morning with warm croissant and drove us to Normandy, no hustle and well organised. She was very knowledgeable about Rouen and the history of Normandy. The food and cider pairing was very intersting, as it is so diferent from what we can find in the UK. Finally the typical normand village where she took us was definitely off the charts and out of the touristic sighseen circuits, very authentic and lovely. I definitely recommend Clemence for a well organised and local tour.

Delphine was an awesome tour guide. She met us at the arranged point at the train station. We went to Pommery as Veuve was closed but there was no disappointment . Delphine’s English was excellent. She’s a local with a wealth of knowledge about Reims, it’s rich history, plus she knows all things champagne from vine to glass. Not only did we learn about everything about champagne and it’s history but also learned over a magnificent lunch the many things about champagne from the nose, glasses, pairings and how tastes can change with food. Rather than drop us back at the meeting point after the tour finished, Delphine went the extra again and delivered us back to our accomodation. There’s so much more to tell and all of it great. If you’re considering a champagne tour with the lot, Delphine is your tour guide. Neil & Karen, Australia

Company does a great job of organizing and delivering you to all the major Champagne houses. After walking to the train station to meet our driver, he took us to various houses you then go on a large group tour performed by each house, followed by a tasting. We went to 4 large houses, where each 1-2 hour tour was mostly the same, with some minor historical nuances. The highlight for me was seeing the vineyards, and the co-op smaller family owned Houses, especially "Salmon" where we were escorted by the founders Granddaughter, and were delighted to enjoy her grandfathers company at the tasting portion. Also enjoyed a gourmet lunch at another small "house" whose name escapes me..Bottom line- A good time was had by all, by the end I think I knew enough to start my own brand!
