Located at the banks of the Columbia River, the City Riverfront Park is remarkable. Stunning views of the Port of Longview, close up views of the Bulk Carriers and Vehicle Carriers moving inbound or outbound on the Columbia and the many tugs that work daily on the river. Wonderful too, to stand there and watch the Eagles and Ospreys! Clean, safe park, used by locals for sporting events and get-togethers, this park really is a pleasure to visit

Trojan Park was the ideal place for a family reunion picnic, with members coming from Nevada, Whidbey Island, Mt. Vernon, and Beaverton. Adequate facilities, lots of shade trees, and great road access.

Zoological Wildlife Conservation Center and the Sloth Captive Husbandry Research Center are NOT "for public entertainment" facilities, we are a by tour only wildlife conservation center. All contact must be made either via our online reservations booking system (located on our website) or via email. We do not employ reception staff to take phone calls. The Sloth Captive Husbandry Research Center sustains the largest population of long-term captive adult sloths in the world. Zoological Wildlife Conservation Center is a tiny, intimate, highly specialized Conservation Center with a focus on research and advancement of captive husbandry and viable sustainability of captive populations of unique and endangered species. Because Zoological Wildlife Conservation Center & The Sloth Center works with predominately endangered and delicate species, it is NOT a for public entertainment "Zoo" and is only open with a tour-guide and according to the seasonal schedule on our "tours" webpage. The Zoological Wildlife Conservation Center works hand-in-hand to support the Sloth Captive Husbandry Research Center in it's passion for the betterment of sloth populations both in captivity and in the wild. The Sloth Captive Husbandry Research Center has made significant advancements in not only captive husbandry of sloth but also in captive sloth breeding and veterinary care.
I have been following Kellie Caron since I came across her youtube videos showing her great danes, bobcat and daughter playing together. (early 2008'ish). I believe at the time, she was one of the few breeders with lynxes. On exotic animal husbandry, through youtube, twitter, yahoo groups and other caretakers (such as Pua's owner) - information was shared, and she gave us a glimpse into how to care for delicate keepers, and also the types of animals she was dedicating herself too (cats, birds, monkeys, dogs/wolves, etc). I am really sad to see her efforts went down the tube thanks to jealous internet trolls. She's a perfect example of why so many people who have exotic animals stay clear of social media, publicity and the general public. I just saw the news that her pets/some of her animals have been taken and she has my sympathies. This women has put time, money and round-the-clock effort. I wish her family the best of luck, I hope you get back all your babies, and sadly (because I never reached out directly, and I won't get the treat of your videos, posts, tidbits and pictures), I hope you'll keep your privacy with your next rebound.

Clean recreational area on the Columbia River. One end is fishermen, the middle is for people that just want to relax and watch the ships and the other end is for families with kids. Had a great time!
