Jumping Goats is a small family-run neighbourhood bar. We pride ourselves on sourcing the best local craft beer from Brisbane and surrounds, world class boutique Queensland wines, exceptional Australian craft spirits, and refreshing Australian non-alcoholic drinks. We have a choice of cheeses and a wide range of bar snacks, or BYO food (eg from Thai and pizza next door). Come drink local with us!
Went here last night with some friends after wanting to go for quite a while. Dry unassuming place at first, but once you walk in it has a very laid back atmosphere that makes you want to relax and have a good night. The guys behind the bar were very knowledgeable and helped point me in the direction of a couple drinks I’ve never tried before and were really good. Like the other reviews food choice isn’t huge, but the cheese platter we got was really nice. We also went next door and grabbed a pizza which is an added bonus. All up it was a great visit, I will definitely be back.

At Proud Henry we take the Juniper spirit very seriously… whilst having fun of course! We have more than 300 gins, from hard to find to unusual styles. We are a true gin lovers oasis! Not only we have plenty of gins to gins keep you tempted (the largest collection of gin under one roof in QLD!) but we also stock artisan wines. Think natural, organic and biodynamic small batch wines found in unconventional corners of this wide brown land. We also host some of Brisbane’s most talented acoustic performers to keep you entertained as we mix you the perfect gin or pop the cork on a beautiful bottle of wine. Our Wine Merchant license means you can call by and pick up a bottle to BYO to one of the many restaurants surrounding us. Book an intimate function in our new Secret Garden while you overlook what’s happening in the bar, or relax sipping your favourite cocktail under the fairy lights in our leafy Courtyard. So, stop for a cocktail or two and enjoy the ambience that is Proud Henry!

Welcome to the comfiest place in Cairns for a catch-up drink, live music and grazing board. With an extensive wine list to suit your taste, The Conservatory bar is the best place to meet up for an event, before or after dinner, listen to some live music, try a cocktail or to make your own for a birthday or gathering. The main event is getting out of home, to a comfy environment knowing there's always going to be a good crowd and good vibes. Lit by candlelight and tastefully furnished with a quirky touch, you'll feel like you're at home as soon as you walk in the door. Whether your on your own, meeting someone for a catch-up or need a place to gather - get in touch. We can't wait for you to visit!
OK All ... you won't find a friendlier, more atmospheric and cute little bar than The Conservatory Bar in Cairns City ... and you definitely won't find a more knowledgeable owner/bar person on the subject of all things of an alcoholic nature that Ross! It's always a pleasure to saunter into this place and be greeted like an old friend by Ross and (sometimes) his missus. He'll always remember your preferences and will frequently suggest something that may be a little better or 'different' (I've got to trust him explicitly :-) ). If you have more than just a champagne taste Ross will find and sell you a glass (or bottle if your bank balance permits) of the rarest and most beautiful wines you'll find anywhere. Sadly my credit cards have a limit ... but I enjoy Ross's magical G'n'T's on a most regular basis. The atmosphere resembles a good friends stately sitting room ... red leather Chesterfield sofas and an older World charm ... but ... it ain't that 'large' so get there early and grab the best bit of red leather you can find. If that fails there's still plenty of room outside in the fresh air courtyard. Oh yeah ... ask Ross about his Wine Tasting evenings ... where he shares his wealth of knowledge on all things 'grape' ;-) ... Just do it ...

Sort of unexpected in Warwick to find a trendy whiskey and gin bar! But what a great find it was. Really friendly and knowledgeable guys behind the bar and a nice location amongst an old dairy that has been repurposed for retail and businesses. Historic brick building gives it character and the set up is indoor or outdoor. We visited twice in the one weekend as it was a nice change from pub visits. Great range of gin and whiskey.
