I never actually got to take this holiday because of the Coronavirus Pandemic. However, I would like to say that once the tour was cancelled and I asked for a refund of my deposit the matter was handled quickly and efficiently by Lorraine Bowman, the Customer Care Manager, who oversaw the return of the deposit to my bank account in less than a week. This will certainly encourage me to use them again for any future trips.

Thanks to Cassie and Jenny’s China Tours, I recently enjoyed a live virtual tour of the Leshan Buddha, one of the oldest Buddha statues in the world. Cassie made the experience come alive, and is an absolutely incredible tour guide. She is so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable! I felt like I was there in person. Cassie provided an excellent historical background (including the Buddha’s construction), and bravely climbed the steps to the top. She made the experience personal, pausing as she climbed the steps, giving me the opportunity to marvel at the Leshan Buddha from different perspectives, and answering all of my questions. I also enjoyed the pavilion and exquisite Buddhist temple behind the Leshan Buddha (including breathtaking Buddha statues). What an exceptional experience! I can’t wait to tour with Cassie and Jenny’s China Tours again.

Best tour guide ever!! Ronner explained all the details of the city, the Great Wall, and the Summer Palace to us. He was so helpful to consider our requests, and we got to change the original program a little bit. When went to eat authentic Peking Duck, which was probably the best we've ever had in our life. If I ever come back here, I'd definitely book with this company again.

Mount Lao is nearly as famous as the province's other famous mountain, Mount Tai. It is known as one of the birthplaces of Taoism, a place of pilgrimage for centuries. Mount Lao once had 9 palaces, 8 temples, and 72 convents. Many of these places have been lost over the years, but a number of the temples remaining are worth a look for their elegant architecture and their excellent views out to sea. With sheer cliffs and cascading waterfalls, the beautiful mountain is widely recognized in China as a source of the country's best-known mineral water (a vital ingredient in the local brew, Tsingtao). Today you will visit Taiqing palace, Mountain Laoshan and Dragon waterfall, hope you will have a nice day trip with us. Pls take comfortable shoes as you will do some walking in the Mountain today to hug the nature. Guide will pick you up in the lobby of hotel in the city center or a pointed place in Qingdao down town.
