Nexus was provided with booking thru Riu arriving we were stopped by a supervisor named Christophe to book our return and tours at 11 am the next day so at 11 am we go to meet him HE NOT THERE!!! Go again another day multiple times his belongings are there but AGAIN he’s not there, the next day part of my group see him and he wouldn’t allow them to book all our transfers (which is understood) so I go to meet him and he asks us to come back at this point I’m fed up and tell him I’m not coming back so later on I see him he apologizes and book the remainder of the group transfers. Now it’s time to depart the driver arrive and there’s 2 of the 7 people missing from the transfer he book us on another bus and had 2 other guest on the bus with our group mind you 3 of us have the same last name which is a common last name so how is this not common sense that we are together. Overall my experience with nexus was terrible and Christophe really dropped the ball.

The private tour was awesome especially since it was just 2 of us. Our guide Johan was very friendly and knowledgeable and our driver Edgar was very nice. We were able to spend a lot of time at each stop and even make a pit stop for snacks and souvenirs. Johan was a very good and patient photographer. I would do this tour again.
