Education, the arts and music are staples of life in the culture-rich city of Pune. The Pataleshwar Cave Temple, dating to the eighth century and dedicated to the god of the underworld, is a marvel of rock-cut architecture. For a panoramic city view, climb to temple-topped Parvati Hill.

Darshan Museum

FREE ENTRY TO ALL VISITORS --- Darshan is not really a 'museum' in the conventional sense of the term. Although it does what every museum does, keeps alive a memory, but at Darshan, it's done through 3D Holographics, Life-Like Statues, Realistic Sets, Hi-Def Audio, HD Video, Theatrical Lighting and much more!Darshan is the next step in story-telling. The visitor literally 'walks' into a scene and the scene 'plays out' before your eyes! Each scene is brought to life through realistic sets, and within the set are various props that help to recreate the scene before you. For the first time in the country has 3D Holographics been used in a show! Characters appear in thin air and act out scenes before your very eyes! A truly magical experience!Darshan tells the beautiful story of a Saint of Modern India, Sadhu T L Vaswani. He was a visionary, an educationist, a spiritual giant, a poet and much, much more! His life bore witness to the universal ideals of Unity, Brotherhood of all life, Compassion, Love for all, Peace. He inspired many to work for the cause of the independence of India alongside with Gandhi, he worked for women upliftment years before modern society did it, by starting a Women's Education Movement called the Mira Movement in Education. The Mira Movement in Education has now spread to many cities and thousands of young girls benefit from it. He was an animal rights activist, his birthday, 25th November, is celebrated as Animal Rights Day and crores of people pledge to abstain from food of violence on this day every year! He was a spiritual giant. He spread the Eternal Message of the Saints and Rishis amongst the common man and made the Divine accessible to everyone. Ever a believer in the Unity of All Life, He promoted no one religion but taught that all religions lead to but One Goal. The Paths are Many but the Goal is One! His spiritual poetry has been compiled into the largest compilation of Spiritual Poetry by a single author in the world! It is called the Nuri Granth and is revered by his followers as a storehouse of spiritual wisdom and knowledge. We invite you to come and experience His simplicity, His wisdom, His purity, His unique life at Darshan!

Amazeum Children's Museum

Pune's first Children's Museum! It packs in 8,500 sq. ft. of awesomeness for kids of all ages - from 6 months to 15 years old. Across 7 zones, little ones can play with science-based exhibits (air and water flow), explore a fascinating fort, build cool stuff with huge blocks, pretend to be chefs or doctors, create art masterpieces or make some groovy music!

Amazing Amazeum Its a late post relating to last month ie Dec 2019. It was my daughter's 5th birthday and we were thinking of a good place which will be more of an entertainment for kids than adults. We shortlisted some venues with a thought of arranging play area ourselves or even some engagement activities or game zones. I actually called the Pavillion mall information desk to enquire about a game zone and I was introduced to this most amazing place "Amazeum" Excellent theme based learning for kids. It not only engages kids but also associates the fun element with learning. The focus on enhancing knowledge along with entertainment pr play is surely luring. What's the best part of this place? i) The staff - cant stop thanking them enough for being kind, supportive and engaging the kids all the time. I would specifically mention Sanket here who has not only been an excellent staff but also is a wonderful human. Some adults (sr citizens) were finding it difficult to take the steps to reach the actual floor where the set up is. Sanket made some special arrangements to ensure they can reach comfortably and ensured he is available throughout the evebt for us. Anytime we needed an enquiry he would just manage to be there for us despite handling the main desk for other regular visitors. He also was available till the end to guide us on the charges, complete the billing formalities quickly as kids were tired and also be there with our parents to drop them safely till the parking zone. I wonder anyone would ever go out of their way reflecting this kind gesture. Thanks a lot Sanket. All of us surely have and will always shower our blessings on you ! Great efforts and lovely team. ii) Hygiene - I have often witnessed in other such similar play zones the lack of focus on hygiene. But Amazeum far excels in this aspect too. The props and the entire play zone is very well maintained with good quality. Even with considerably good no of people, it will never lack in the hygienic aspect. The washrooms also are v well maintained and hence its surely a plis point to take yr kids or family here. iii) Party section - This is the best place for small gatherings or birthdays esp. Kids just enjoy being themselves, they are safe and the party hall is very cosy nicely split from the play section which can put the host at an ease. You can have your privacy despite the common regular visitors who aren't a part of your guest list. Infact people wont even reakise there is a party section right at the play zone unless you enquire. Hence no peeping toms and privacy maintained to core ! iv) Cooling or air conditioning - was simply superb. We never felt congested or suffocated even with huge crowd around. It was very well placed and the temperature was always set to a good level comforting all of us v) Food - Sassy Spoon cafe serves extremely good lip smacking food. Ashish from Sassy Spoon joins the "phenomenal staff" category like Sanket. He will not only guide you on the dishes that could be liked by kids and adults based on his experience but will also be genuine and transparent on his views expressed freely. I just blindly trusted Ashish and finalised the menu as well the cake per his recommendations. And trust me - it was super fabulous. The guests appreciated all the arrangements, food quality, taste over and again. Also, though it was a buffet served, the food items were really hot, fresh and refilled appropriately without any gaps. We never had to wait or prompt the staff for refilling the food items. All in all - a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this place to all for birthday parties & family celebrations. PS - my daughter is eagerly waiting for her next birthday so she gets a chance to celebrate here with her friends :)
