Great hike... so much to explore... went to a local restaurant after. Jerry is passionate about Puerto Rico and he definitely shares the love by taking people on his tour to local restaurants to patron. Very knowledgeable about Puerto Rican history, landmarks, and anything else you maybe curious to know!! He was funnyyyy, friendly, organized, & informative. This was an amazing way to spend the day!!! Jerry porvida!!!!

Amazing private tour with very fun and knowledgeable guides. I went on this tour all by myself, having no idea that it was a private tour and I had a blast. Cueva del Indio is not only full of fascinating culture and history but surrounded by gorgeous ocean views. And Cueva Ventana (which you will go with a dedicated guide and group) is amazing as well! Definitely an amazing company to book through considering the very reasonable price for a private tour. And the guides were so knowledgeable and a lot of fun to talk to! Highly recommend!

Experience San Juan the best possible way...through a private tour. Focus on your main interest. Discover the untold secrets of San Juan. Get to know the forts, churches, plazas, cafes, museums, and local flora/fauna. A typical tour would start in "Plaza Colon" (our meeting point). We get an overview of the layout of the city, and an introduction to the history of Puerto Rico (and Viejo San Juan). We walk though "Calle San Francisco". We stop at the "San Francisco Chapel" (if open), "Plaza de la Barandilla", "Plaza de Armas", "Calle Cristo" and the vicinity of El Morro Fort. We will see (from the outside) places like The City Hall, the State Department, La Fortaleza (Governor's Mansion), Christ Chapel, El Convento Hotel, San Jose Square, San Jose Church, Plaza del Quinto Centenario, El Morro Fort, The San Juan Gate and the San Juan Cathedral. Feel like a local and walk at your own pace, taking breaks when you want.
Inclusions: Certified professional and local guide, Private walking tour
Exclusions: Food and drinks, Transportation to/from Old San Juan
Fantastic tour, a private experience with an extremely knowedgable tour guide. We were the only people at the waterfalls (granted, it's still COVID) and had a few hours to enjoy swimming and connecting with nature. The hot springs were also enjoyable. Thanks for a great time>

This is my second review for spoon tours and it did not disappoint. I did the off the beaten path drive around tour with a well appointed bus that picked us up and brought us to each destination. The best part about spoon food tours are their passionate guides-Gabriel knows his stuff! We explored the Loiza/Pinones/Santurce areas. Chock full of history and food culture. The tour ended with a sweet treat from Doube Cakes. Can’t beat that!

Felix and JC were great. We were staying at the Wyndham Rio Mar so we met them at their pickup spot Frutera Flores like 10 min away. I workout 6 times a week and run 8-10 mi every week. I still found this pretty challenging. I’m glad I started doing leg days! Lots of steep climbs, muddy paths, slippery rocks! It was worth it but please listen to the disclaimer. I’m so glad I had hiking shoes so I didn’t slip, highly recommended!!! The waterfall slides, cliff jumps, views were amazing and worth the climb. The first climb was tough but it gets even harder. There’s a spring pool if you rather not continue to the more challenging part. I loved every single moment but this is a very active tour but the most fun I had in Puerto Rico.
