Puerto Morelos, a peaceful village on the Mayan Riviera, is a place to experience the genuine Yucatan. Puerto Morelos makes an excellent base if you’re looking for someplace quieter than glitzy hotspots like Cancun and Playa del Carmen. We were sooo excited to do this. There are so many activities to do! I felt we did not have enough time! You don't actually get the golf cart to yourself; they drive you. I wanted to stop at one place and go to the main street but not enough time so just stopped at the Isla bead shop. The kid area was closed down and we were not warned of this. The large slide was also closed down. My done did enjoy the 2 slides that were open. The dock is in such baaadddd shape! the snorkel trip was prefect for us and the kiddos. Very attentive beach waiters. they always made sure we had a drink in our hands

We had a great experience on this snorkel trip, involving two different areas of the reef offshore of Puerto Morelos. The water was beautiful and we were able to see a few sea turtles and a stingray in addition to all the fish and coral life. Our guides Tess and Jesus did a great job of taking care of us, and they clearly are very good caretakers for the waters and the reef. Highly recommended as long as you are comfortable snorkeling in ocean waves! We stayed far south of Puerto Morelos, so our transportation time to the tour provider was longer than we anticipated, but it was worth it. It is fairly close if you are staying in Cancun itself.

Best tip I can offer is to wear shoes that can get wet. This was a super fun experience and would highly recommend it to others. The guides are fun and great to talk too. They made my extremely nervous wife feel like she had the personal experience that she needed. They took the time to be patient and it allowed her to truly enjoy her time on the Ziplines.

Long waiting time after pick up (7:20am) and check in in a souvenir shop. We sat another 30 minutes in the van. The driver Jorge was not able to give us a plausible explanation of the further delay. Tour only started at 9am. Tour company says to operate with 80% capacity. In a van of 12 seats, it's simply one seat empty, and this one was taken by a second guide, Oscar. After 30 minutes drive, the main guide, Edmundo explained the tour program. Neither he nor the driver wore their masks properly from the start. The other guide just had a ridiculous pirate cloth as a protection. I kindly asked them to wear their masks properly. But instead of apologizing and do so, I got a highly aggressive and inappropriate answer from Edmundo. And basically, the guides and the driver did not care at all to have their masks properly on or respect any appropriate Covid measurements. At one point, one of the participants in the back of the van felt sick, so the small window was opened and also to have some fresh air to ventilate the van a bit. The driver even stopped the van to tell this person off, as he wanted to have the ac on, which is ridiculous in a pandemic. We were never given some disinfectant during the tour. The restaurant we were taken to for lunch was awful. There was no distance between the tables and chairs. And you can imagine, the restaurant was packed with other groups. No adaption of any Covid measurements. Most of the time, you sit in a dirty van on this tour. We were told, the tour would last about 6 hours. Well, we were on tour for 11,5 hours from pick up to getting back to the hotel. I would not recommend this tour company, as they put deliberately their participants' health at risk. The handle the whole pandemic in a careless way. Basically they don't care at all. Their certification of the WTTC safe travel label is simply a joke. AVOID TO BOOK ANY TOURS AT ANY COSTS!!! I was also told that the tour would be charged in USD. Well, they charged my credit card in MXN which resulted to a higher rate and the tour got more expensive per person. This tour company is simply unprofessional in any sense.

We used Parque Maya Cancun and it was the best time!! Peter started by taking us through a Mayan ritual where we were purified and entertained. Lots of laughs. Then we were taken to our boat where we followed Capt Flash through the mangroves and the marina. Boats were easy to drive and functional. After boat ride, we were given a lunch and served by a great waiter, Gustova. Location in the heart of the hotel zone. Highly recommend.

I booked tour online through Tripadvisor-rockandtours Day before tour no one would answer the phone to confirm tour so I emailed them and got back to me couple hours later. They showed up right on time in a older van with seatbelts that didn’t work. The driver did not speak English well and did not talk to us at all on way to ruins. We stopped at Tulum first and walked through village then to ruins was nice. Then to Coba ruins then to swim in cave. Was very cool! Got to late so chose not to go to playa de Carmen. Wish we had a tour guide that could explain everything we were touring. Other then that tour was pretty good.
