My family of five, including kids 10, 8 and 5 years old, had the best day cooking with Fiora! We met her in the morning, visited the market, decided on a menu for lunch and bought all the ingredients fresh from the butcher, fishmonger and farmers. Fiora is a great presence and knows her vendors well -- we were able to get the freshest fish, meat and other products. We then returned to her apartment, which is stunning, and all together prepared one of the best meals of our lives! Fiora had made homemade cannoli shells in the morning before she met us and served them with fresh ricotta cream. They were amazing! My entire family loved it ! This is an experience that we will be talking about for the rest of our lives. Thank you Fiora! We hope to see you again soon.

Important: visits and tastings are only by booking in advance. The Pupillo Farm, founded in 1908, occupies a large part of the land which once constituted the fief of Targia, famous not only for the medieval Solacium castle but also for the fertile soils which give a unique taste and scent to a variety of products: wines, olive oil, fruits and vegetables. The courtyard in front of the castle, the cozy and elegant interior court, the old millstone and the historic garden can be visited in conjunction with a wine tasting.
We really enjoyed our visit here. Sebastiano was friendly and very informative. He gave us a very interesting talk about the history of the castle and gardens, before the tasting of 3 wines with pairings of food for each one. We arranged the visit ourselves and had taxi there and back from Siracusa for 50 euros . All in all good value and enjoyable tour.
