I made a trip with my husband at the end of November. We arrive at the outlet at three in the afternoon and they inform us that all shops and restaurants have just closed because it rains. They said they have a habit of closing at 3 when it rains. The usual schedule is until 8 pm. The website does not report the closure at 3 o'clock due to the rain. It seems to me an absolute lack of respect towards the clients on the part of those responsible for the center. My husband and I made an hour and a half trip from Bergamo to get to the outlet and we had to go around without making the planned purchases.

Then in Traona in a dairy to taste local cheeses. Lunch in a family restaurant where you will taste the famous typical "pizzoccheri" dish. The tour continues after lunch until your last stop - a visit to a historic winery in the Valtellina Cantine Nera.

I have been trying to book this tour since mid-January 2020. I saw the ad on TripAdvisor website and it said the date of 4/14/20 was available on their calendar. Since we will be in Milan for only 2 days and 4/14/20 was the only date our son can join us from his business trip. When I clicked on the date that we wanted, and went through the registration process by putting in our names and credit card numbers, etc. only to find out that tour date was not available. I then called TripAdvisor and Viator respectively, they both said the tour date was available but filling up fast so I asked the agent to book it for us. Again, we went through the registration process and gave her my credit card info, only was told by the agent that her computer at her end would not let her book it. She then put me on hold and called the local supplier. They told her that there were seats available but somehow the agent at this end could not book it. After hanging on the phone for over 15 minutes, we were told we will have to try it at another time. She told me to try again a week later to see if the local operator will be able to solve their website glitches. I've tried it 3 times after waiting for a week each time to no avail. I have given up. Now I saw the tour price has gone up from the time that we tried to book in mid-January. TripAdvisor even sent me a "let's do it" email to remind me to try it again. It's the same thing: the calendar shows the date available but after clicking on the date and put in all my contact info and credit card info, it comes up that the date is no longer available. TripAdvisor and the local operator need to get their acts together.

In Tirano you take the famous Bernina Red Train (Bernina Express), a journey of 2 hours via the Bernina Pass, a breath-taking journey in the Alps. Guided visit of Sankt Moritz. Lunch on your own. Extra costs: lunch, train tickets (about Euro 20 per person, will be bought at Tirano Station). Make sure you have a valid passport control (Switzerland is not part of EU). We had an unbelievable time on this tour! Giovanni couldn’t do enough for us and showed us lots of lovely towns and buildings. He asked us what we were interested in beforehand and catered to our needs. I could not recommend this tour enough!

Luca was absolutely fab! The whole day was so well done and very smooth. It massively exceeded my expectations. It was a surprise for 2 of the group of 4 and they loved it, especially with the optional wine tasting at the end of the day! Luca has so much knowledge and there were not any questions he couldn't answer. Absolutely perfect day, thanks Luca!

This was so much fun! Stefano (sommelier for the evening) is informative, very friendly, and makes for great conversation. The wines were absolutely delicious, the snacks were great, and the atmosphere was very inviting. An all around great experience that wine lovers are sure to enjoy!

The most incredible train ride of my life!!! Giovanni was such an amazing tour guide that really went out of his way to show us around. The train ride itself through the Swiss Alps was breathtaking. I will most certainly come back and do it again.
