In Tenuta Casanova, you will taste Silvano’s wines; Super Tuscany, Easy to Fall in Love and Chianti Classico, surrounded by beautiful and charmed Tuscan land.

Become an Tuscan Food & Wine Lover in less than 2 hrs! Join one of the daily food tours (at noon) or wine tasting sessions (at 4 pm) with a professional Sommelier and taste the typical foods of Siena & wines from all over Tuscany & learn loads of helpful details. The classes are fun and informative at the same time, are in English and run daily (except Sundays).

Cooking Lessons - Learn to cook traditional Tuscan recipes including home made pasta - under the guidance of experienced Tuscan cooks. A very hands on experience for cooks of all levels. Even if you're not someone who cooks every day it's a fun day out with a great lunch and wine. Big choice of menus, including vegetarian. We cater for families too so don't be shy about coming along with your kids!

La Chiusa is a delightful room nestled in the hills of Tuscany in an historic olive oil mill stand. Make it a unique place.

The school is a fantastic meeting point for culinary lovers of all ages and nationalities creating an international, friendly and "tasty" atmosphere. You will learn how to prepare authentic Italian dishes in a fun and friendly environment. Our chefs have more than 20 years experience teaching amateurs, seasoned veterans and foodies alike. All of the hands-on courses have a thematic flair which includes special seasonal recipes as well as traditional Italian and Tuscan cooking. Our EVENING CULINARY COURSES take place twice a week in the afternoon from 5.30 pm to 9 pm, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays (but not limited to). Contact us for more information!
