Neoclassic building surrounded by a traditional pergola style vineyard with old vines. Open for wine tastings, and events. Great banquet room for 350 people. Book now your experience and discover a wide range of premium wines. Avilable food matches with local produce Granbazan fish and seafood cans. Welcome!
Thoroughly enjoyed the wine tour and tasting. Very friendly and welcoming guide, we were allowed to stay a little longer to enjoy the remainder of our wines and snacks. Lovely variety of white wines, we opted to taste all four. Recommended.

We had a fantastic visit to this small, family run bodega in Rias Baixas. For €10 we had a super personalised tour of the vineyard and the bottling process, and tried 3 different wines. Fernando (1 of the 2 siblings out of 5 who works full time at the vineyard) was really knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and a great laugh. We were a group of 4 guys (each a couple) with a Spaniard, a fluent Spanish speaker and the other 2 understood enough to get by. Fernando tried really hard to make sure everyone felt included despite limited English (they do tours in English but there were none available that day), and the non-fluent Spanish speakers still loved it. The wine was delicious (we each bought two bottles) & the experience was one of the best on our road trip from Bilbao to o Porto. Amazing.

Tradition. Family. Friends. Devotion. Vocation. A wide range of words could describe our winery, Adegas Valminor, because we are a wide range of great things that lead into the same passion, our wines. The winery was first stablished in 1997, but our how-to-do tradition is ascentral. We love the Albarino grape, but also Treixadura, Loureiro, Castanal,...We love our land and all that it gives to us

Yes, it's a beautiful vineyard and the renovation of the winery is sympathetically done, but you appreciate this so much more through a knowledgeable guide who speaks perfect English. A personalised tour for two hours flew by - this included 5 different albarino wines , cheeses and local ham. We learnt the history of the pazo, walked through the vineyards and camellias (mid February )and the modern winery. We were most of all impressed by the communication from Eugénie, given that we are wine professionals too, all info was relevant, well explained and all our questions answered.
