From our more than 6000 olive trees, on about 20 hectares, we collect the olives that we then mill in our oil mill. The experience in olive harvesting and pressing in the company's oil mill, handed down for generations, allows us to obtain an excellent extra virgin olive oil with unique, unaltered and absolutely unmistakable sensations.
