Our river and outdoor experience is one of the greatest benefits to choosing Flow Trips. Having the best experienced team, especially when it comes to Costa Rican Rafting, Sea Kayaking, Hiking, Biking and natural history trips. We are committed to providing high-quality, memorable, family-oriented trips. One of our greatest assets is our qualified fun-loving staff of guides.
A fantastic morning with the Flow Trip crew, a highly professional team throughout. Punctual pickup in a large comfortable van, good driver, excellent English speaking guides and a thorough safety briefing on the drive to the river. Our raft guide May was a superb companion, sharing wildlife and history insights with us as well as expertly ensuring we cooperated to keep the raft moving the right way! Carlos in the accompanying kayak took great pictures and found a number of sloths in the overhanging forest canopy, to add to the magic of the day. A lovely local lunch ended our trip, and we would certainly recommend this company.

One of our top swimming locations whilst in Costa Rica (La Fortuna Waterfall itself was the best). Great fun to hang out with the locals and jump/dive/swing into the crystal clear waters. There are a few parking spots near the bridge over the road and it is right there. Felt quite safe (be sensible though).

Great excursion. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the cave, saw giant spiders, dozens of bats, scorpion spider, cave crickets and cave fish. Had to squeeze through some real tight spaces and crawl on hands and knees through water which was a good workout and fun. If you have water shoes bring them, otherwise they can give you boots. Even though your boots will get filled with water you may want to wear socks just to prevent blisters (those boots rubbed me in a bad way). The helmet with lights they provide were very nice. This place didn't take credit cards, they did offer a photography service but the guy wanted $40 despite a sign saying it was $20 so we declined and took one phone in with us in a zip lock bag. I think our pics turned out OK. They have lots of showers to clean up at the end. Bring a change of clothes. They also have a restaurant and a nice pool (we did not eat there but the kids enjoyed a swim).

We took a bus from Punta Arenas as part of an Azamara excursion which went through San Ramon and up to the Parque Aventura. The walking tour included the 6 swinging bridges (not that scary) over some really cool rapids. Because of the crowd, we took the tour in reverse starting with the Butterflies and ending with the Humming Birds. Tour also included a nice buffet lunch with choice of Pork, Beef, Chicken or Tilapia. Had to try the Agua Dulce which was next to the coffee and is a typical Costa Rican hot beverage. The zip lines and bungee weren't included on my tour, but we did see several bungee jumps from one of the higher swinging bridges.

Have visited here twice in the past few months and will return again. The pools and landscaping are beautiful. There are plenty of picnic tables with adjacent grills and electricity, so bring your picnic lunch and enjoy the day. The price was a great value and the employees very helpful.
