If I go back to Agrigento it's because I want to visit this magnificent garden again with all the 560 orange trees. And next time I want to visit the garden in March the orange trees are in bloom.

It has become over time a tourist attraction both for the singularity of the cliff, white in color and the peculiar shapes, and following the popularity acquired by novels starring the commissioner Montalbano written by the writer empedoclino Andrea Camilleri, in which such places are cited country commissioner, to be framed with Porto Empedocle..
When you walk on Scala dei Turchi you think for a moment that you are Arizona or in Iceland... all so white marble rock rich of geological signs where the water arrived in the different period, really breathtaking also a bit dangerous... pay attention when you walk all around! Best timing very early in the morning to avoid people or late afternoon to admire the sunset! Highly recommended!

A lovely sandy beach which is accessed through a nature reserve. The access road is unmade and extremely bumpy, however don’t be put off! At the end is a car park and a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. The sea is idyllic, there are a few coves to “explore”. We were a party of 8 - teenagers and younger children with us. There are no restaurants or shops, however a portable toilet was in the car park and there was a “snack van” with pizza, ice cream and drinks. Definitely recommend a day here!
