Students are drawn from around the world to the institute, where they have the opportunity to enjoy the unique cultural experience of Prince Edward Island and Atlantic Canada while at the same time developing the necessary skills to launch a successful culinary career. Now you too can get a taste of what our students experience with a variety of themed culinary boot camps.
Did the full-day seafood class. Learned a lot of great recipes, spent time with great people, and the instructors (Chef Erin and her sous chef... who's name is escaping me... sorry man)... they were awesome. Knowledgeable, funny, engaging. And now I have a few more great recipes for my repertoire.
