Sailing Boat Day Trips and Sunset Cruises from Albufeira Marina, all year and every day.
I completed several courses with Learn2Sail. The lead instructor was very skilled in sailing and boat handling, coupled with a great ability to share his knowledge. I was very happy with Learn2Sail and would definitely recommend learning with them.

Yes if your in the Rocha/Portimao area its a must....It's only a short distance but you must go across by the fun way, the Ferry, booked through our hotel and they call the skipper so it's not a long wait, when you get dropped off the skipper will ask when you want picking up, it leaves from the Marina sea wall and drops you at Ferragudo landing steps, if your just sightseeing about 2 hrs will be enough, it's a steep climb to the church above, never saw the church open though, but still a good view from there, if your going for a meal or using the beach you may need longer. So for 9 euros return it's a great holiday filler and your visiting the place you've been looking at for ages

We used the trams a couple of times, once to go to Belem and also to do the famous #28 route that winds its way through the narrow streets of Lisbon up through the Alfama area. The best thing we did was to buy the 24 hour pass for €6.40 (+€0.50 for the card). It worked very well for us because we bought the pass for our trip to Belem one day, then the next morning, because we were still within the 24 hour period, we used it for the #28 tram trip too. Couldn't have been easier. The pass can be used on the metro, buses, trams and the funiculars. We were surprised when we realised that it also includes the Santa Justa elevator. You could easily not realise this and the elevator on its own is €5. The only inconvenient thing about the pass is that you need to be buy it at a metro station and you can’t buy it at the trams.

A bargain for 3 euros return per person. A short 5 min cable car ride - stunning views and then a nice 30 min walk or so along the sea and back through the remains of houses/allotments - a few still tended for. No cars, no mobile signal - just a beautiful spot! Nice cafe at the top where we had lunch. Plenty of parking.

My husband and I did a return trip which cost us 15 euro each, well worth it!! Amazing views and a lovely visit to the palace gardens at the top , the ride takes about 20 min each way and it’s Amazing! We went before 10 am and there were no ques and we had a car to ourselves.... unlike the Saturday when two cruise ships were docked there and the wait was ridiculous, people were waiting for over two hours, so chose your time wisely, we went on a Monday morning. Palace gardens were amazing , but beware of the walk back to the top when you wander down through, it is very steep, but you can walk off your all inclusive diet ????

The Porto metro is very modern, the first lines were put into operation in the XXI century, in 2002. Most of the lines are above ground, and the metro goes underground only in the historical center. Therefore, it is called the metro, although strictly speaking it is not a metro, but a high-speed tram. And the tram costs quite different money, so the transport system of Porto has increased a large length of lines. Line B consists of 35 stations and is almost 34 km long! There are no turnstiles at the entrance to the station, but the ticket must be validated. For validation, lean the ticket against the black circle on the validator and wait for the beep when the green light turns on. The remainder on the Andante card will be displayed on the validator's scoreboard. The tram cars are produced by the Canadian Bombardier, the same one that recently produced narrow-body passenger aircraft. The Porto tram has a fairly simple topology, but there are nuances... Only the Trinidad station is an interchange for all 6 lines. 5 routes (except yellow) run together from "Campanha" station to "Senhora da Hora" station. You have to be careful which car you sit in. Line B has its own characteristics. Here, as in the New York City subway, there are two train options. B-stops at all stations, and Bx is an express train that passes through some of the stations. And, of course, a big plus of Porto - you can take the tram line E (purple) to the airport. Which we did!

It's a short trip that take you from top to bottom Nazare cliff. It's totally worth the value (2.90 round trip) as it's more an urban service that a turistic one. But it's great to travel on it!
