We were a group of 6 people and we had the best time! The staff was so helpful and they explained all the history of the places and some insights on the animals (and fish) while we were there. They also suggest us the best place to have a Sicilian aperitivo having the view on the sea. I would totally recommend this trip to anyone and do it for sure next time we'll come around.

Myself and my girlfriend rented two bikes from here. Initially I was given a bike with a completely flat tyre. After being given a second bike, again with a flat tyre, we cycled about 100 metres from the shop. In that time my girlfriend realised her back brake wasn’t working at all. A light, which had been taped on the bike, had fallen off and the chain came off of my bike. We returned the bikes and asked for a refund as we felt they were very unsafe. Whilst doing so we were laughed at by the staff, as they then spoke only in Italian whilst gesturing towards us. Having previously conversed in English with the lady at the desk we found this offensive as she was choosing to not converse with us about the safety of the bikes.
